Terms of Service

By using Viraura (viraura.in), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Viraura is an AI-powered tool that generates Instagram captions, hashtag packs, and reel scripts for Indian creators and D2C brands. The service is operated by Navyux Ventures, a sole proprietorship in India.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

You may use Viraura to generate content for legitimate business and creative purposes.

You may NOT use Viraura to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the service
• Create multiple free accounts to bypass generation limits
• Resell or redistribute generated content as an AI generation service

• Viraura uses automated filters to try to detect and block requests for abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise harmful content.
• These filters are not perfect and their effectiveness varies by language — we do not guarantee that every instance of such content will be detected or blocked in every language Viraura supports, particularly regional Indian languages.
• Attempting to generate, or successfully generating, content that is abusive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise illegal is a violation of these Terms — regardless of whether our filters catch it at the time.
• You are solely responsible and liable for any content you request, generate, or publish using Viraura. Navyux Ventures accepts no liability for content generated as a result of a user attempting to evade or bypass these protections.
• Accounts found violating this may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice or refund.
• We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and pursue appropriate legal action where the platform is used for illegal purposes.

• You own the captions and content generated using your account
• You are responsible for reviewing content before posting — AI can make errors
• Viraura does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of generated content for any purpose
• Generated content may be similar across different users — AI outputs are not unique by nature
• Viraura is not liable for any consequences of posting AI-generated content

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), GST inclusive
• Payments are processed by Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next month

• Free plan users get 3 generations per month
• Free plan outputs include a watermark
• We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days' notice

• The Viraura name, logo, and platform are owned by Navyux Ventures
• You may not use our branding without written permission
• The AI models used are owned by Google (Gemini, primary) and OpenAI (fallback)

• Viraura is provided “as is” without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate — always review before posting
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages (OpenAI, Razorpay, etc.)

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Navyux Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete Account.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
