Refund Policy

Before subscribing to any paid plan, you can fully evaluate Viraura for free — no card, no commitment:

• 2 free generations with no signup required
• 3 free generations every month on our Free plan
• Access to multiple Indian languages, tones, and hashtag packs on the Free plan

This gives you a genuine sense of caption quality, language support, and how Viraura fits your workflow — before you ever pay anything.

Because of the free trial described above, all payments for any paid plan (Creator Lite, Creator, Creator Growth, Creator Pro, Creator Studio) — monthly or yearly — are final and non-refundable. We're unable to make exceptions to this, including for unused generations or partial billing periods.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops all future billing — you'll keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan.

To cancel: Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription

If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example, a duplicate charge or a billing system error — please contact us at hello@viraura.in and we'll look into it promptly.
